ABOUT THE COURSE
The “Música Maestro” workshop will hold its XVI edition from July 21 to 24 at the Unió Musical d’Algímia, under the technical direction of professor Llorenç Mendoza. The academic program is divided into four days dedicated to the study of gestural technique, interpretation, rehearsal methodology, and the management of musical ensembles. The attending students come from the Valencian Community and other regions of the Spanish territory.
The activity integrates the “Premio Anacrusas” Conducting Competition, an event focused on evaluating the technical competencies of the new generations of conductors. The institutional objective of the gathering lies in technical training, professional interaction among participants, and the analysis of didactics applied to wind band conducting.
