ABOUT THE COMPETITION
Bilbao Musika will become the headquarters for a new edition of the Orchestral Conducting Encounters, whose main objective is to promote the study of orchestral conducting in contemporary formations, in addition to offering technical and artistic resources for the development of conducting instrumental groups. On this occasion, the encounters will take place from January 27 to 30 at the Bilbao Musika headquarters and will combine conducting classes with the development of the “IV Bilbao Musika International Conducting Prize” competition, whose semifinal and final phases will take place at the Conservatorio Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga and will be open to the general public.
