ABOUT THE COURSE
The conducting masterclass led by Oleg Caetani is organized by OnlyMaestros and will be held in Casalecchio di Reno, Bologna. Aimed at students with basic technique as well as professional conductors, the program offers a comprehensive study of classical and romantic symphonic works.
A maximum of 16 active participants will be admitted based on an evaluation of their curriculum vitae and video recordings. The course structure includes 12 hours of initial preparation with two pianists, followed by 12 hours of practical sessions conducting the Orchestra Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti.
At the end of the course, Maestro Caetani will select the four best students to conduct the final public concert at the Teatro Laura Betti. Furthermore, a deserving participant might be awarded a one-year management agreement with the London-based Only Stage agency.
