ABOUT THE COURSE
The Atlantic Coast Conducting Masterclass & Competition, now in its 10th edition, is an intensive six-day programme for conductors aiming to refine their technique, deepen their artistic identity, and develop a more conscious relationship with the orchestra. Held in Vila do Conde, Portugal, the masterclass is led by Maestro Luis Miguel Clemente.
The programme offers a concentrated laboratory of gesture, sound, and orchestral response, combining substantial podium time, individual coaching, and video analysis. Participants benefit from daily sessions with two professional pianists and the Orquestra da Costa Atlântica, culminating in a final public concert and the integrated Atlantic Coast Conducting Competition.
