Tomáš Koutník
11 – 16 OCT 2026

ABOUT THE COURSE

The 3rd Exclusive Conducting Masterclass, led by Tomáš Koutník, offers seven selected advanced conductors an intensive six-day symphonic training experience in Teplice, Czech Republic. Organized in partnership with the North Czech Philharmonic, participants receive approximately 135 minutes of guaranteed podium time, starting with a professional chamber ensemble before moving to full orchestral sessions.

Throughout the week, participants work on classic orchestral works by Brahms, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, and Verdi. The masterclass includes video analysis, individual feedback, score analysis, and a specialized seminar on rehearsal techniques and orchestral leadership.

The course culminates in a professional final matinée concert featuring selected participants as part of the official philharmonic series, alongside professional video recordings for portfolio development.
