ABOUT THE COURSE
The London Conducting Workshop (LCW) Clinic offers conductors a focused single-day session dedicated to tailored individual guidance under the instruction of Professor Howard Williams. Designed for conductors of all experience levels, the clinic allows participants to concentrate on specific technical challenges, address difficult musical passages, or explore chosen repertoire in depth.
Participants may select works from the core workshop list—featuring symphonies by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schumann, and Tchaikovsky—or request a specific piece available in a two-piano or four-hand piano arrangement.
Hosted at the Royal Academy of Music in London, the course provides an intensive environment for refinement and practical development. Observer places are also available for conductors wishing to audit the sessions.
