ABOUT THE COURSE
The Landor Conducting Academy offers a weekend conducting masterclass in Central London focused on Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony. Designed to provide intensive practical experience, the course allocates 120 minutes of podium time to each participant, split equally between piano preparation and work with an ensemble.
Sessions take place over two days, starting with piano sessions on Saturday followed by full ensemble rehearsals on Sunday with the LCA Ensemble, formed of advanced students from London music conservatoires. Video recording is included for all participants to aid in performance analysis.
Applications are considered in the order they are received, making early application advisable. Observers are also welcome to attend for individual days or the full weekend. Additional individual coaching on preceding days and extra podium time can be booked upon request.
