ABOUT THE COURSE
The 1st Wind Band Conducting Course, taught by composer and conductor José Alberto Pina, offers an intensive day in Cartagena focused on the real work of musical direction. Aimed at a maximum of 10 active participants and unlimited auditors, the program comprehensively addresses the assembly of a work from analysis to its performance.
Through practical work with the Agrupación Musical Ntra. Sra. de la Soledad, attendees will perfect their gestural technique and rehearsal efficiency under the guidance of the creator of the works himself. The day concludes with an open rehearsal and a final concert that will be broadcast via streaming.
