The 21st International Masterclass & Concert for Conductors, led by Maestro Martin Akerwall, will take place in Belgrade, Serbia. This intensive week offers conductors the opportunity to sharpen their technique and refine their leadership skills in a non-competitive environment, working with the Camerata Belgrade chamber orchestra.
The comprehensive program features score analysis, psychological aspects of conducting, rhetoric communication, and rehearsal techniques. In addition to daily open-air warm-up sessions combining yoga and conducting exercises (CBMC), participants will receive individual video analysis and personal coaching tailored to their unique artistic profiles.
Aktiv participants are guaranteed 140 minutes of podium time conducting the chamber orchestra across the week. The masterclass welcomes a maximum of 12 conductors with no age or level restrictions, culminating in a final concert at the Belgrade Philharmonic Concert Hall where all active participants will perform.
