ABOUT THE COURSE
This week-long intensive workshop by the International Conducting Institute takes place in the historic city of Zlin, Czech Republic. Led by Maestro Kirk Trevor and Diane Wittry, it features epic repertoire and the established Bohuslav Martinu Philharmonic, culminating in a public concert at the famous Castle in the UNESCO-preserved city of Kromeriz.
The course includes baton technique classes, conducting exercises, score previews, video-recorded conducting sessions, and video reviews. Every active participant will conduct in the final public concert on July 19th, gaining significant hands-on podium experience.
