ABOUT THE COURSE
Within the activities organized to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Asociación de Amigos de la Música de Yecla, a Wind Band Conducting course will be held, taught by Ángel Hernández Azorín, conductor of the Banda Sinfónica Asociación de Amigos de la Música de Yecla, of the Banda Asociación Jumillana Amigos de la Música de Jumilla and currently President of the Asociación Nacional de Directores de Banda.
The course will take place next Friday, February 23, in the Audition Room of the Escuela de Música, in the following schedule.
From 17:00 to 20:00 hours;
– Introduction to Conducting Technique.
From 21:30 to 23:30 hours:
– Rehearsal with the Symphonic Wind Band of the AAMY.
Students who wish to do so may register for the course, but only in the Auditors modality.
