ABOUT THE COURSE
The 13th International Orchestral Conducting Course “Escorial” will be held at the historic Real Coliseo Carlos III in San Lorenzo de El Escorial (Madrid). The program will be led by the prominent Finnish maestro and composer Atso Almila, offering an immersive training experience for conductors.
A group of 10 active participants will be selected through video evaluation, who will have the opportunity to work daily with the Camerata Antonio Soler in a string orchestra format. Each participant will have between 25 and 30 minutes of podium time per day, complemented by afternoon video analysis sessions, and all will conduct in the final concert open to the public.
